Familiarise yourself with the reformer and build confidence through steady movement progressions.

Suitable for newcomers and those who wish to regain or maintain a baseline of strength and stability.

Our ‘revive’ class features a lot of the classic Pilates repertoire with frequent opportunities to stretch in between movement patterns

MVMT

Slight lift in intensity with quicker movement progressions. Clients inclined to feel more of a burn as certain muscle groups will be targeted to build strength.

Suitable to those who are familiar with Pilates and the reformer machine to enable smooth transitions between exercises

Balanced Body

Our Balanced Body class is for mature age clients seeking a Pilates class that focusses on functional strength, steadying balance and improving mobility.

By stretching and strengthening this session will allow the practise of mindful movement to calm the nervous system and build body awareness and confidence in one's abilities!

MoveMEN

Think structural stability work, repetition and consistency.

This class will follow a similar structure week in and week out, polishing the basics, attending to muscle groups that may be a little neglected and needing some TLC due to under activity.
